A Full Service Firm

Cheryl handles a broad range of legal matters. For our clients, this means we are a single source of solutions for business, family, and individual legal issues. We work with clients to find the most sensible and cost-effective answers to their legal questions.

Experience

Cheryl has gained invaluable life experiences prior to practicing law. We are members of the communities we serve and we understand the changing nature of Nebraska’s way of life.

Cheryl Marsh has dedicated her 25 years of legal practice exclusively to the Broken Bow and central Nebraska area, and will continue to do so. Her reputation for personal integrity, honesty and legal skill has become a cornerstone of her law practice. Mrs. Marsh has also practiced law under her former names of Cheryl Munson, Cheryl Guggenmos, and Cheryl Pollard.

Mrs. Marsh, a former K-12 school teacher, school administrator and hospital administrator, is particularly well-known for her years of dedicated work in family law, including divorce, custody and property disputes. Her practice also includes a focus on probate and estate planning, business law and development, real estate and agricultural law issues. In addition to advising large and small businesses in legal matters, she has taught college courses in business and real estate law. Succession planning for family farms and businesses has been a large part of Mrs. Marsh’s practice. Mrs. Marsh’s appeals work before the Court of Appeals for Nebraska and the Nebraska Supreme Court has led to several recorded Court opinions.

Community

The integrity of the firm and its founder, Steven Stumpff, are well-known in the Broken Bow community and beyond. Marsh Law Office is a long-time member of the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce and the Custer County Historical Society. As supporters of area schools and community organizations, we are active in and dedicated to our community. We volunteer our time and skills to address community issues, including domestic violence prevention, for children involved with the courts.

Overall, our clients probably say it best. They explain why they chose Marsh Law Office in their own words in our testimonials section.
