Cheryl C. Marsh
Cheryl Marsh has dedicated her entire legal practice exclusively to the Broken Bow and central Nebraska area for over 30 years, and will continue to do so. Her reputation for personal integrity, honesty and legal skill has become a cornerstone of her law practice. Mrs. Marsh has also practiced law under her former names of Cheryl Munson, Cheryl Guggenmos, and Cheryl Pollard.
Mrs. Marsh, a former K-12 school teacher, school administrator and hospital administrator, is particularly well-known for her years of dedicated work in family law, including divorce, custody and property disputes. Her practice also includes a focus on probate and estate planning, business law and development, real estate and agricultural law issues. In addition to advising large and small businesses in legal matters, she has taught college courses in business and real estate law. Succession planning for family farms and businesses has been a large part of Mrs. Marsh’s practice. Mrs. Marsh’s appeals work before the Court of Appeals for Nebraska and the Nebraska Supreme Court has led to several recorded Court opinions. Mrs. Marsh is married to Myron D. Marsh, a central Nebraska native, whose maternal family were early settlers in Custer County and they are remembered by many who visit the Dowse Sod House in Comstock.
