Daniel M. Quick's Profile Image

Daniel M. Quick

Daniel Quick joined the firm in 2018 seeking a long term practice in greater Nebraska, and the open country that he had fallen in love with years ago.  His educational background is in psychology, including a Master’s Degree in forensic psychology prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate.  Dan’s legal education focused on all areas of civil practice, and he has experience in family law, business, real estate, landlord-tenant law, complex estate planning, contracts, leases and bankruptcy. He studied law at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and began working with Mrs. Marsh in Broken Bow shortly after he graduated from law school.

Mr. Quick decided to set his roots in the Broken Bow community, joining the hardworking people who call Custer County home.  His background in psychology offers a unique insight into the legal system, and a special talent in working with clients through the difficult periods in their lives.  Dan is working to establish his practice in simple and complex estate planning, family law, business law, civil litigation and real estate, in addition to all of the areas practiced by the firm.
