Mrs. Marsh has also practiced law under her former names of Cheryl Munson, Cheryl Guggenmos, and Cheryl Pollard.

Mrs. Marsh, a former K-12 school teacher, school administrator and hospital administrator, is particularly well-known for her years of dedicated work in family law, including divorce, custody and property disputes. Her practice also includes a focus on probate and estate planning, business law and development, real estate and agricultural law issues. In addition to advising large and small businesses in legal matters, she has taught college courses in business and real estate law. Succession planning for family farms and businesses has been a large part of Mrs. Marsh’s practice.
